Pindari WA Pty Ltd is an Indigenous owned and operated Pilbara Aboriginal Business (PAB) based in Western Australia operating 3 core divisions; Pindari Integrated Labour Solutions, Testing & Tagging Solutions and Pindari Building Solutions.

The word Pindari means from the high ground or high rocks and our philosophy provides an excellent vantage point to identify and deliver tailor-made services to meet our clients. Our business model aims to meet an industry need while creating employment opportunities for Indigenous people in the mining sector.

Since inception Pindari has maintained a minimum of 30% Aboriginal employment and continually strives to develop opportunities for more Aboriginal engagement. The core principles of Pindari are to operate with integrity and supply quality labour while looking after the interests of local communties, our employees as well as the requirements of the client.

Pindari provides a range of labour hire, project based building and maintenance services as well as testing and tagging solutions to East Pilbara mining centres. With a growing portfolio of skilled workers Pindari is fast becoming a highly regarded labour and building solutions contractor.

Pindari is a registered building compnay providing highly qualified trades people for maintenance, construction projects and quality refurbishment programs. Our core project team includes a registered builder and experienced carpenters, painters, plumbers, tilers, electricians and refrigeration mechanics.

In addition to the building trades we are equipped to service village infrastructure and ground maintenance/landscaping requirements with a specialised project and gardening team under an experienced civil works supervisor and horticulturalist.

Pindari's management and workers have considerable experience in servicing Gold, Nickel, Iron Ore, and processing industries offering clients a superior labour force, a higher level of professionalism, and an intimate understanding of issues relevant to the employment and training of an Indigenous workforce within mining and related civil sectors.
