Bali Farm Project

Tabanan is a district in west Bali and also the largest town in the Tabanan Regency. The town is located next to the main east-west road leading to Java. Pindari has been providing financial assistance to the Wirawan family who have been known to the Directors for nearly a decade.

Tabanan Regency is also called the green belt of Bali because of its large rice fields. Unfortunately these rice fields have been plagued with mice over the years forcing the family to develop a small plot of land to farm chickens and cows to maintain an income.

With Pindari's support the family have been able to extend their farm with the purchase of another parcel of land and build a bridge to make the farm accessible by vehicle to the main road. In the future it is hoped that more land will be secured and the Wirawan's can diversify their farm to include ducks and pigs.

It is their wish to build a small home for their family on the farm, away from the very busy road to the Java port where they currently reside. Pindari aims to make this wish a reality for them.Bali
